At Lila & Company, Lisa works with companies and agencies to grow brands through marketing, innovation, and concept writing. As a creative thinker and a storyteller, Lisa helps identify opportunities for brands to stand out in the marketplace and inspires teams to grow their capacity to be better brand stewards.
Before starting Lila & Company, Lisa held positions on both the client and agency-side during her twenty-five-year marketing career. She was a brand manager and innovation specialist at Unilever, and served as an Associate Strategic Director at advertising agency BBDO and as Strategic Director at innovation firm Redscout. Lisa has taken on a variety of brand and innovation challenges for companies in industries as varied as food & beverage, health & wellness, technology, media, beauty, non-profit, and financial services.
Lisa holds an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a BA from Tufts University. She is a writer and the author of “Santa’s Boardroom: A Story of How a Company Created a Beloved Brand.” Lisa lives in Portland, Oregon with her family, and she loves exploring the Pacific Northwest’s forests and beaches.
