Lila & Company is a boutique consulting practice that provides fresh thinking to teams who want to grow their brands through communications, innovation, and professional development. We aim to provide brand stewards with the insights to not only grow their brands, but the aptitude to do so with heart.
Founded by Lisa Lee, a 30+ year veteran in marketing, Lila & Company sparks growth for brands through project-based brand and innovation projects and professional development. We inspire brand stewards to become more insightful, creative and impactful through our trainings and coaching programs.
Lila in Sanskrit means “creativity coming from within.” We use the principles of creativity and collaboration to create bold, yet strategically-sound, ideas. The “& Company” part? That is how we approach our work, by harnessing the energy of teams to come up with impactful ideas and by partnering with our clients to develop programs that inspire growth.

We uncover what drives consumers, what marketplace gaps exist, and what is relevant in culture to help develop a growth strategy for your brand. Lila & Company discovers new possibilities for your brand and an inspiring brand vision for everyone to rally behind.
Innovation
We develop innovation strategies and new products for brands – enduring ideas that will grow a brand within its category or stretch it into new territories. We develop ideas grounded in consumer, cultural, and marketplace insights, and created from a brand’s DNA. We work with your internal cross-functional teams to create a pipeline of innovation ideas, and through collaboration and creativity, we aim to gain alignment across the entire team.
Professional Development
Lila & Company offers training and coaching programs on topics critical in developing today’s brand leaders. We teach seminars that up-level marketing professionals’ skills in branding, communications and research. Customized and co-created with leadership teams, we offer workshop topics such as developing a brand blueprint, writing great concepts, finding your purpose, cultivating creativity, and building effective teams. We also offer one-on-one coaching for executives.
